Who Can Use RecyIndia
The platform is open to:

offices, and commercial establishments
- Hospitals,

religious institutions, and trusts

colleges, and educational institutes

vendors and scrap dealers
- Recycling

Anyone generating or recycling waste can use RecyIndia.

does not physically collect, store, or transport waste

transactions are conducted independently between parties
Payments & Pricing

are set by vendors or mutually agreed
- Payments

- RecyIndia
does not guarantee pricing or payment timelines
- Any
payment disputes must be resolved between involved parties
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Pickups
can be cancelled or rescheduled before the agreed time
- Last-minute
cancellations may attract charges as per vendor policy
- RecyIndia is not responsible for penalties imposed by vendors
Safety, Trust & Vendor Verification
- Vendors
may undergo verification to enhance platform trust
- Verification
does not imply endorsement or service guarantee
- Users
are advised to communicate clearly and act responsibly
- All
parties must follow applicable waste-management and safety laws
Disputes & Complaints
- RecyIndia
acts only as a technology-enabled marketplace
- Disputes
related to pricing, delays, quality, or service must be resolved directly
between parties
- Repeated
complaints or policy violations may lead to account suspension
