These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RecyIndia website, mobile application, and all related services provided by RecyIndia (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About RecyIndia

RecyIndia is a digital waste-recycling marketplace that connects households, shops, institutions, waste vendors, and recycling factories through a transparent, technology-driven platform.

RecyIndia acts solely as a technology facilitator enabling discovery, communication, and transactions between users and independent waste vendors or recyclers. RecyIndia does not directly collect, transport, store, or recycle waste.

2. User Eligibility

To use the RecyIndia platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration

  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes

  • Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities

3. Account Responsibility

When you create an account on RecyIndia, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activities conducted under your account

  • Immediately notifying RecyIndia of any unauthorized access or security breach

RecyIndia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Waste Listings & Transactions

  • Users may list waste materials such as plastic, paper, metal, e-waste, cardboard, construction waste, and other recyclable materials.

  • Waste pickup requests, pricing, quantity, and availability depend on vendor and recycler participation.

  • By confirming a transaction or pickup request, users agree to the applicable terms, pricing, and conditions shown on the platform.

5. Payments

  • Payments may be made digitally through supported payment methods (UPI, debit/credit cards, wallets, etc.), where applicable.

  • RecyIndia uses trusted third-party payment gateways to process transactions securely.

  • Pricing displayed on the platform may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Users may cancel or reschedule pickup requests as per RecyIndia’s cancellation policy.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within the stipulated time based on the payment method used.

  • Cancellation charges may apply for last-minute cancellations, failed pickups, or no-shows.

7. Role of RecyIndia

RecyIndia:

  • Acts only as a digital intermediary between waste generators, vendors, and recyclers

  • Does not guarantee the quality, pricing, timing, or execution of services by third-party vendors or recyclers

  • Is not responsible for offline disputes, delays, or service failures

However, RecyIndia’s support team may assist in facilitating communication and resolution where reasonably possible.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse, copy, or distribute platform content without authorization

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful behavior toward other users, vendors, or staff

  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise platform systems

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

RecyIndia shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use

  • Losses or damages caused by third-party vendors, recyclers, or service providers

  • Delays, pricing disputes, or quality issues related to waste collection or recycling

Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk and discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, graphics, and materials on the RecyIndia platform are the property of RecyIndia or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

RecyIndia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
